There are different elaborations about the implication of Well-Being among the scholars of all times and in all over the world. Many scholars through the ages are thinking how to obtain the Well-Being. This article believed that Well-Being is the survival ultimate pursue of human being, and education should do something in the process of pursuing Well-Being. The students in secondary vocational school that are worth adolescence whose physiology and the psychology are mature day by day, their world outlook, the outlook on life, the values also form day by day, and their intelligence, physical strength, moral consciousness also had made the considerable progress. These students upholds freedom and fill the nice expectation to the future at the same time, On the other hand, they have to face the huge pressure which economic society's development and the studies burden's aggravation brings. Owing to the secondary vocational school's particularity; firstly, failing to pass an admissions examination or the key high school is a very big attack to the students, which also further strengthened their study dilutedness; Secondly, the majority's family are poor, and they are inferiority complex in aspects and so on living condition, self-value judgment ; Thirdly, their psychology not yet grows maturely, lacks the adaptation or deals with the environmental variation the experience and ability due to leaving home early, therefore they feels lonely frequently and has the self-locking phenomenon in the psychology; Fourthly, the students are confident in their own studies and ability self-confidence as a result of the prejudice of society to the secondary vocational education. Therefore, the Secondary vocational school student's Well-Being level is not actually high, many students not only have not felt happily, moreover also had many psychological problems. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on happiness education for Secondary vocational school's students. In view of the fact that the Secondary vocational school curriculum arranges the heavy professional course, but the relative neglect humanities education's present situation, will educate happily integrates the curriculum system to be worth exploring and the experiment.This article has mainly used the cultural heritage method and questionnaire method. take the Secondary vocational school student's Well-Being present situation investigation as the basis, take the Well-Being theory and the curriculum theory as the rationale, how to know that happy, obtains happily, enjoys the happy achievement curriculum the basic content, has designed set of happy curricula, to the student introduced that about the happy theory and the viewpoint, helps them to set up the correct happy view, trains the student to discover that happiness, feeling happiness, creation happy ability, guaranteed they can step into the social life by the health posture.This article locates the education goal in person's happy emotion experience, synthesized in the history many thinkers, the philosopher, the educationist about the happy viewpoint, and receives"the happy education theory"the inspiration, will attempt by the curriculum form to express happily, also will cause the individual happy goal through the curriculum form to push in the medium vocational education goal truly the ranks, will cause the medium vocational education while will train into the student application professional's, also will train into them has the human who the independent emotion's person, can deal positively the life, to be able from the life to feel happy and creates the happy person. This article place of innovation lies in attempts under the non-religious environment the Well-Being curriculum, moreover reposes the Secondary vocational school student this special groups' happy education above the Well-Being curriculum.
