The school-after sports are important part of PE in the middle school, and are one of the most important ways to raise the school's overall benefit, realize the school's educational purpose and duty, improve the student physical quality and the health standard, and develop the students'individuality. Looking from the healthy angle, the school-after sports have more superior condition in the side of the middle-school student health improvement compared to a sports teaching; Looking from the lifelong physical angle, it is advantageous to the raise of middle-school students'lifelong physical culture consciousness, the interest, the custom and ability . The goal of this article is to understand comprehensively and thoroughly the present situation of the class-after sports in Tangshan Villages and towns Junior middle schools, and to lay the foundation of achieving the school sports goal, the promotion, deepening the countryside sports educational reform, as well as establishing the villages and towns sports education system .This article uses many kinds of methods , such as quoting other researches, the questionnaire survey procedure, the expert interview , the mathematical method of average and so on to carry on the diagnosis on the present situation of school-after sports in the Tangshan villages and towns Junior middle schools , and as a result, draw the following conclusions: First. the Tangshan villages and towns Junior middle schools'gymnastic exercises activity develops well. 84.4% schools have carried out the extracurricular sports; 37.5% schools have developed the movement of sports group ; 25% schools hold two track and field games separately each semester in spring and fall, and 75% schools hold it once every year; 12.5% schools have the athletic contests each semester, 21.9% schools develop it each year, but 63% schools have not launched this kind of contest. In a word, the configuration of organization is simpler in Tangshan Villages and towns Junior middle schools, and the schools carrying out the school-after activities are not to be very comprehensive, either.Second. The time when the Tangshan villages and towns Junior middle schools'students can participate in the school-after sports is too little, including quite a part is taken by the land practical training. The lack of sports location and the equipment is also quite serious, resulting in the difficulty in living to the sports, and causing a very big limit for the students to participate in the school-after sports.Third. The funds that the Tangshan villages and towns Junior middle schools use in the sports are very little. Most schools'investment in sports' funds has not surpassed 2000 Yuan every year. Moreover, the students'household income is low, leading to the fact that the funds investment the student uses in the school-after sports is relatively few personally. All of these restrict the development of the school-after sports in different degree.Fourth. there is some certain deviation in the rural community's healthy idea in this area. The villages and towns students'families are insufficient in understanding student's physical and moral integrity, and the manner to participate in the school-after sports is not very explicit. Account for 33% families hold the opinion"the literacy class to be more important than the sports". The sports functional departments are not very thorough in the propaganda work in the countryside to all-people body-building movement's public opinion, and lack dynamics, not forming one kind of good sports atmosphere, so that general farmers do not realize the importance of the sports fitness. In addition farmers'self-fitness consciousness is weak, which is an import attribute to affect the students to participate in the school-after sports. Based on the present situations of school-after sports in Tangshan Villages and towns Junior middle schools, I put forward the following proposals.One. Take advantage of the success in holding the Olympic Games to transform idea, stress the sports work as school edition's key, perfect system, and safeguard the standardization and the scientific style of the school sports. Further standard the Tangshan present situation of configuration of organization in Junior middle school's morning exercise, gymnastic exercises, extracurricular activity. The related governments should make the detailed rules to examine the morning exercise and class-after exercises and the school-after activities. Improve the existing track and field games and additionally build some interest project. according to the area character of the school, the social atmosphere and the customs: such as carrying the grains, jumping with two feet in a bag or climbing, which will be benefit for the students to master the skills and improve their interest and at the same time can make the activity of school-after sports more normal. Schools should establish special guidance teacher for school-after activity groups. Carry on encourages and multi-rewards to some school-after sports competition, at the same time, make every effort to diversify the projects and forms. Two. Expand the financing channel, expand the funds investment, and improve the infrastructure condition. Various areas should embark from the reality, and implement nimble and diverse policy. The countryside and the undeveloped areas should advocate the diversification and the standardization of the self-made equipments. At the same time, should continue to encourage and advocate that the villages and towns schools restraint common teaching aid and the equipment by themselves, like the student self-restraint shuttlecock, the rope skipping, the sandbag and so on, to guarantee the primary need in the villages and towns schools'sports. Must embark from the reality, act as circumstances permit, foothold this locality to develop the native soil and the national tradition project characteristic sports. Using the local natural condition, fully develop local sports and the popular tradition sports items that spend few, and request low to the location equipment, for example Leting County, Luannan County, Tanghai County, the Fengna area and so on, some coastal schools may use the seashore the superiority resources to develop some swimming projects.Third. regional educational departments and the leaders should strengthen the supervisory work to the countryside Junior middle schools sports, and make and perfect the investment rules for the school and put them into the real sports activities. For some undeveloped areas and mainly agriculture-depending areas, the middle schools can organize the activities of developing the education by working of the students and use the income to make up parts of the school daily cost. Vigorously promote the elementary education reform, carry out the guiding principle"the health fully first", perfect school system of attending class, strengthen the propaganda and the guidance to the after school sports , form the correct public opinion and the guidance, let the students have the sufficient time to participate in the school-after physical training, carry forward the individuality fully, and demonstrate themselves.Four. In the countryside, strengthen the propaganda work of all-people body-building and the fact that movement can promote health, strengthen all the people's health consciousness, and change their healthy idea. Suggest that the related sports functional departments make use of the social media like broadcast, television, books and so on to strengthen all-people body-building knowledge propaganda work in villages and towns. Enhance fitness consciousness, enhance their understanding level to the fitness. At the same time, connecting the related cultural governments, organize the sports activities that are favorite to the citizens ,such as the basketball , the table tennis and swimming and so on. Thus form the good sports fitness atmosphere in the Tangshan villages and towns, making the strong backing to achieve the understanding and the support for the students to participate in the sports.
