In this paper, the research present situation and countermeasures of rural junior high school English educational research group.The educational research group is a school subject setting teaching research unit, its main task is to organize and lead the teaching of this subject. Subject teachers improve their professional knowledge, skills, communication, Shared practice teaching experience and wisdom. The improvement of teachers’ specialization, depends on the educational research group construction. The educational research group of the construction of the good or bad, directly affect the school education teaching work. For a long time, the villages and towns junior middle school English classrooms because influenced by many factors, failed to give full play to its function and role. With the deepening of the new round basic education reform, puts forward more requirements on teachers, English teachers’professional development is faced with serious problems. The effective implementation of the new curriculum has become the focus of attention and research. The exploration and practice of a series of problems, leave the English teachers of practice and reflection, the more there is urgent to strengthen own construction, to improve the teaching quality of education, so as to promote English teachers’professional development and educational research group of common development. This study try to understand the villages and towns in English educational research group in the junior middle school; To explore the existing problems of villages and towns junior middle school English educational research group construction; The reasons of the investigation and analysis; Find out the countermeasures to solve the problem.This study is to group theory, learning organization theory, the hierarchy of needs theory, theory of learning community, teachers’professional development theory as the basis, a township in pools county junior high school English classrooms as investigation object, and using the methods of questionnaire investigation, interview investigation, the investigation on the current situation of the school English educational research group. (4) the rural junior middle school English teachers’group construction and literacy and learning motivation is significant positive correlation.According to the results of the study put forward a proposal for the following six aspects: to establish a positive Shared vision; Effective institutional guarantee; Use of abundant and effective research activity; Attaches great importance to the construction team; To strengthen the construction of teaching resources; Improve the cultural construction. In this paper, the research makes every effort to strengthen the construction of rural junior high school English group, provide some reference for improving contribute the theory of rural junior high school English educational research group.
