Research On Present Situation Of Physical Education Teaching In Township Middle Schools Of Binzhou City In Shandong Province

"12th Five Year Plan" clearly points out the strategic policy to accelerate thedevelopment of education reform, calls for a comprehensive and fully implement theParty’s basic education policy, to ensure that civic education policy has been a strongguarantee. Explicitly points out overall plan development all levels of each kind ofeducation, the promotion education fair, the comprehensive implementation educationfor all-around development, the deepened education organizational reform. The sportsteaching is raises a competitive power talented person’s important way and the method,now is an information and the knowledge economy time, our country’s sports teachingwas complying with the time development is carrying on the huge reform, sincespecially the new curriculum standard implementation, has been the school sportscarries on the comprehensive system the reform to provide the good turning point. Inthe agricultural population occupies a major position in China, town middle schoolphysical education in quality-oriented education plays an important role in theimplementation of link. So I used documentation by law, questionnaire surveys, fieldsurveys, statistical methods and logic analysis on current situation of physicaleducation teaching in middle schools in villages and towns in Binzhou city ofShandong province, sports and physical education teaching resources, factors, anin-depth investigation and analysis of teaching reform of sports. Discovered in the Binzhou Villages and towns Middle school sports teaching exists the question, and aimedat the question which appeared to propose the corresponding countermeasure.Thus forpromotes the Shandong Province Binzhou Villages and towns Middle school sportsteaching development to provide the reliable basis.According to the investigation came to the following conclusion:1. The school leadership by "exam-oriented education" thought influence, theschool sports teaching is not enough emphasis; part of school teaching according tothe new course standard, the local education authorities for the schools to implementthe new curriculum and supervision, hindered the full implementation of PE teaching.2. Part of the school physical education teacher is equipped with a number of unreasonable, male, female teacher ratio imbalance, some schools even with nofemale PE teacher; with the teacher’s professional title structure is unreasonable, higheducation and high grade sports teacher place holds proportion very small, there aresome "fault" phenomenon, the influence of sports teaching high quality teaching.3. Many teachers in physical education is not fully mastering and using modernteaching methods, mostly adopts the "indoctrination" teaching mode ", do not suitone’s measures to local conditions" teaching mode; teacher of students physicaleducation performance assessment system is not comprehensive enough, someteachers too much according to the score of physical training of studentscomprehensive evaluation, thus affecting the students sports activities.4The majority of students participating in sports activity motivation is clear, buta proportion of students to study pressure, class needs to passive acceptance of sportsactivities; students’ self evaluation awareness is not high, can not fully understandtheir own advantages and disadvantages, hindered students’ all-round development insports.5. Binzhou township high school sports venues, equipment facilities is not ideal,it is difficult to achieve the national Ministry of education and sports facilitiesstandard, affects the student to participate in sports activities of the diversification ofteaching; physical education funding shortage, which led to the school sports teachingfacilities without strong financial support, further influence sports teaching is carriedout smoothly.
