The theory on teachers' self-efficacy is very popular among researchers interested in teacher's education.A lot of research has indicated that teachers' efficacy is a kernel variable to teaching,as well as a key factor associated with Kindergarten teacher stuff enhancementIn addition,along with the global tide of education reform,the whole society focuses on teachers,so as to Kindergarten teachers,and brings oppressive work stress and social obligation to them.Compared with the foreign Kindergarten teachers,the domestic Kindergarten teacher have to confront more work contest,as a result,more mental disorder,professional disgusting and sense of helplessness.The paper here aims at probing into the current situation of the kindergarten teachers work stress and self-efficacy and Correlation Research on Kindergarten Teachers' Work Stress and Self-efficacy so that it could lighten work stress to the following item:optimizing the growing up environment to the kindergarten teachers,improving the teaching efficacy of kindergarten teachers and also strengthening the psychological health of kindergarten teachers.After a careful review and an investigation,we made sense of kindergarten teachers' self-efficacy questionnaires and chose kindergarten teachers work stress questionnaires as the tools,and in the following research, examined the reliability and validity of the tools,proving that they could be used among the sample,590 teachers from different kindergarten.Then the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.The results are the following:1.The self-made questionnaire is of good reliability and fair validity.It can be used as a credible and effective tool for measuring self-efficacy among kindergarten teachers. 2.The kindergarten teachers' work stress,self-efficacy and their subscales were significantly correlated with each other.Kindergarten teachers' work stress was negatively related to self efficacy.3.Kindergarten teachers' work stress could predict self-efficacy most validly.According to the results and the reality of teaching activities,this paper put forward the following countermeasures and suggestion from three aspects.1.It should improve kindergarten teachers' inherent environment and external environment.It should enhance teachers' social status and income, and try to support teachers in a more effective way.2.It should take care of kindergarten teachers' mental health constitution. It should teach them understand themselves and properly control the mental.3.It should help kindergarten teachers to regulate their psychology.The teachers themselves ought to face the work stress positively,using proper tactics,improving their self-efficacy.
