Infant education is the key link to improve the quality of the population.Kindergarten teachers are the implementers of the healthy development of infant education,and determine the quality of infant education.In recent years,with the state's attention to preschool infant education,preschool teachers' work stress has gradually aroused the attention of scholars.Previous studies have shown that preschool teachers are under a certain degree of stress.Through a questionnaire survey of preschool teachers in 12 kindergartens in Quanzhou,this paper aims to find out the preschool teachers' current work pressure and its influencing factors.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,the following conclusions can be drawn:preschool teachers' working pressure is normal and serious;The kindergarten' s work character and load,economic benefits,social status and safety responsibility give big stress to kindergarten teachers.In addition,the social expectation and the organizational management also have big influence on the kindergarten teachers.In view of the importance of these factors and the limitation of this investigation,the writer will further improve the research work from these influence factors in the next stage.
