| Based on primary research results, directed to the particularity of headteachers, this paper researched the state and the influencing factors of psychological health of headteachers'in high school. The results find that:1. The whole level of psychological health of headteachers in D high school is obviously lower than normal people in China, there are some psychological health problems in the headteachers.2. There is no significant difference between headteachers and non-headteachers in psychological health. And the psychological health level of headteachers and non-headteachers is obviously lower than normal people. But there is difference in hostility and phobia anxiety,when they compared to the norm. The headteachers have higher scores on hostility and phobia anxiety than norm, but non-headteachers don't.3. Gender, age, subject, grade, professional post, education, marriage, the year of teaching and the reason of being a headteacher don't have effect on the headteachers'psychological health level.4. Stress is the important reason of the headteachers'psychological health problems.5. The 10 reasons of the headteachers'stress are over loaden, the school and parent's excessive conserning on the students'score, evaluation and rating, the unfair evaluation and payback, passively adopted all kinds of reformation of school, worrying about the students'problems, not getting the leaders'understand and support, the unreasonable rules and regulations of school, lack of the sense of achievement, economy loaden.This paper posts the strategy of improving the headteachers'psychological health, aimed to increase the headteachers'activity efficiency of education and teaching, to life the level of headteachers'psychological health, to provide directions of advancing the whole and healthy development of students, to do some basic research word for school manage and reform, to advance the society's concern on the problems of headteachers'psychological health in high school.
