Psychological education is a new subject and task for the secondary education we are facing at present. In order to adapt to the need of the new-type health concept and the criteria of talents, the headteacher in completes in the traditional significance in the conventional class and grade management task foundation, should include the psychologically healthy education the content. The whole article includes three parts. The first part refers to the connotation and features of psychological education. The concept of this subject is that according to the characteristics of education itself and the rules of students'physical and mental developments, by kinds of educational approaches such as the teaching and education in class, the activity, counseling and so on, the teacher applies some relevant theories such as the psychology, the pedagogy, and the sociology to help students gain the preliminary cognition about psychological health and awake their basic consciousness of understanding and caring themselves, meanwhile supply some simple but efficient psychological service to the students who have has some mental troubles and impediments so as to promote students'physical and mental development normally and raise their level of psychological health. This part also illustrates the features of psychological education and emphasizes its irreplaceability.Subsequently, the second part shows us the advantages of the headteacher in realizing the psychological education for the students from many different aspects which are teacher's responsibilities, the relationship between the headteacher and the students, the role of a headteacher as a teacher who brings up the students as well as imparts knowledge, the connection between class management and psychological education, the bond between morality and psychological education, how to carry out efficient household tutor and class establishment and so on. The psychological education is not only an important condition and basis for the morality education and managing a class, but also promote the managing work of the class in many ways. The content of the headteacher's work on psychological education will be different from the other teachers, especially the specialized psychological teachers. Compared with the other teachers, the headteachers have many advantages that are of the distinct focus, the mobility on time and space system of prophylaxis and treatment, authoritative teaching and the feasibility of implement. In order to make the education more efficient, the headteachers should equip themselves with knowledge structure, scientific ideas about their students, noble morality and stable psychological quality including their own psychological health, firm occupational ideal, good occupational ethics, aggressive personality, sociable charm and the capability of organization. Besides, the headteachers still should possess nicer personal cultivation and correct self-consciousness. Then it discourses upon the feasibility of the headteacher going on with psychological education. On a basis of observing the rules and principles of psychological education and fully knowing about the conditions of the students'psychological health, the headteachers can and should develop creative psychological education. In order to achieve the goal of psychological education for a class, we must carry out it by certain means. From the angle of the difference between the headteachers and the other teachers or a class, in terms of carrying out psychological education, the efficient methods the headteachers can use lie in the integrity of collective construction, management, activities, culture, teaching and education power of a class, carrying on individual psychological counseling to the students, paying enough attention to contingent affairs and constructing a file for the psychological conditions of each student, which are also the specific actions of implementing psychological education.The last part refers to the solutions to the five common psychological problems among the middle-school students. These problems are: dislike for studying, self-abasement, falling in love when still very young, stubbornness and being overly worried about the examination. This paper analyses the causes, the exterior behaviours and harms of the five problems, meanwhile come up with the relevant ways to solve the problems.
