Analysis On The Evolvement Of Higher Education Self-culture Exam System

Self-Examination System of Higher Education in China was founded in 1981. For more than 20 years, it has developed from scratch, development to the mature scale, and now even stronger. It has formed its own unique form and has made indelible contribution to realize the concept of'the poor do great education'. Meanwhile, it has alleviated the specific historical conditions in the education of the contradictions between supply and demand. This article starts with the evidence and significance of the title choice,discusses the connotation and history background of the System and analysis on the portrait and inner landscape orientation of the System. Then the article sums up some relevant problems existing in the System and analysis the challenge of the System. Finally, the article puts forward several prospective views to promote the Self-Examination System, such as, improving the laws and rules consciousness of the System, improving the laws and rules contains of the System, advancing the relative rule of the System, intercalating the reasonable exam rules, providing the policy support to the System and so on.
