The national college entrance examination has long been regarded as one of the most important examinations in Chinese society.From the perspective of individual students,the national college entrance examination is the most important channel to determine whether they can enjoy higher education resources,find a desirable job and earn satisfactory remuneration in the future.From the perspective of the country and society,the national college entrance examination is also the most appropriate form for the country to select outstanding talents.It can not only provide professional and technical talents needed for national construction,but also improve the overall quality and civilization degree of the society through the educational function of university education,so it has a strong social function.The rational system design ensures that the national college entrance examination can operate fairly and effectively,so that the national college entrance examination can maximize its value at both individual and social levels,which is the existence significance of the national college entrance examination and the national college entrance examination system.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the national college entrance examination system has gone through twists and turns,and advanced in the process of continuous reform and improvement,striving to select talents for the country and society in a fair and scientific way.Taking time as a clue,we can see the evolution path of the national college entrance examination system in China and roughly divide its development process into three stages.The period from 1949 to 1965 witnessed the establishment and development of China's unified national college entrance examination system,which was in the stage of national unified planning and arrangement and was affected by certain political factors.From 1966 to 1976,under the influence of the "cultural revolution",the national college entrance examination turned to the form of recommendation system.From 1977 to now,the national college entrance examination system has entered a new stage of development in the new era of reform and opening up.In this period,the national college entrance examination reform always takes fairness and science as the criterion and has made great progress in scientific examination,diversified examination and people-oriented evaluation.The new round of the national college entrance examination reform in China was officially kicked off with the introduction of pilot comprehensive reform plans for the national college entrance examination in Shanghai and zhejiang province in 2014.The new national college entrance examination reform aims to realize the dual functions of individual development and social progress with more reasonable examination standards,more scientific selection methods and more diversified examination contents.At the same time,it should be noted that at present,the new national college entrance examination reform has only realized the first enrollment in zhejiang and Shanghai,and the reform is still in the initial stage,and there is still room for discussion on the existing problems and experience.On the one hand,the new national college entrance examination reform covers a wide range of contents,and is carried out comprehensively in the three sub-systems of college entrance examination test system,college entrance examination management system and college entrance examination admission system.On the other hand,while promoting the reform of the system itself,the new national college entrance examination reform also has a profound impact on the teaching management mode of high schools and colleges directly related to it.Therefore,how to correctly look at the implementation implications of the new national college entrance examination reform in the current stage in terms of content,and comprehensively discuss its advantages and disadvantages on high schools and colleges,and then explore the future path based on the analysis of the current reform situation is the focus of this paper.The methods of literature research,case study is applied in this article.taking the system analysis theory as the analysis tool,firstly we introduce the background of the new national college entrance examination reform in China,the goal and value orientation,then introduce the content of the national college entrance examination reform including the test system,management system and admission system,and discusses the influence of the high school and college,and finally from the value orientation,the national college entrance examination system,high school curriculum and teaching reform,college enrollment and teaching reform to analyze the trend of the new national college entrance examination reform.From the perspective of system,it will be helpful for the further promotion and improvement of the new national college entrance examination reform in the future.
