With the booming of non-governmental vocational college in our country and 2.8 million students recruited in non-governmental vocational colleges by the end of 2006, non-governmental vocational college education has been an essential component of the higher education in China.. The college student, however, suffers from the in-born inferiority complex on account of the fact that the kind of college shares poor public reputation because of being short of long history and fund as well as management experience and even more social recognition .Vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating all-over developing and high-tech - applied -oriented talent. Therefore, it is beneficial and indispensable for us to explore the making of inferiority complex and obtain the according measures. That is the purpose of the thesis.
