Practice Of Group Work Of Inferiority Complex Of Poverty-stricken Students In Private Universities

With the development of quality education in our country,the number of private colleges has been increasing year by year.Due to the late running time of private colleges,all the aspects are still in the exploratory stage,with some of the social public do not agree,cause many poor students in private colleges have inferiority complex when they begin to enter the "ivory tower".Aiming at the problem of poor inferiority students in private colleges,we use FIS scale on the poor inferiority students of Changchun W college.And we chose the group work methods of social work,based on the analysis of relevant literature and open group prior to measurement and interview moderate inferiority team members whose score is between 145 points to 180 points.Than according to team plan formulation,we conducted a practice of inferiority students of private college,after clearly know their demands.The group activities designed to help team members to obtain peer support,increase self-identity and the sense of belonging to school,so as to reduce the sense of inferiority and build up their confidence.The activities carried out total seven days and every week takes a day on Monday.In order to evaluate the change and harvest of team members completely and objectively,the group work process evaluation and result evaluation were used to compare the effectiveness of group work.Finally,through the analysis of the time frequency of group activities,the attendance rate of the members and the scores of the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group,prove that our group work has a certain role in intervening the inferiority complex of the poor students in private colleges.This study has made the following conclusions: first,school social work can alleviate the inferiority complex of poor students in private colleges to a certain extent.Second,using the dominant perspective on the poor students in private colleges can improve their ability of solving problems.The author thinks that the group work of intervention of poor inferiority students of private colleges is not enough,it also needs poor inferiority students improve their ability,beyond the original self,firm the belief of future common development.
