Nowadays China's basic education curriculum reform is advocated from the need of the development of students and of the society, through the establishment of new to learn, namely the inquiry learning and autonomous learning, cooperative learning and cultivating students' innovative spirit and practice ability, enhances student's scientific accomplishment comprehensively, lays the good foundation for student's development lifelong.The implementation of the new approach to learning, not only needs the teacher to have the new teaching idea, masters the new teaching method, but must be able to utilize the different appraisal way to carry on the appraisal to the different study way. Based on the concept of new curriculum evaluation, the historical research, the literature research methods, a preliminary study on the theory of chemical inquiry learning and autonomous learning, cooperative learning in three different learning methods corresponding evaluation method and the feasibility and rationality, the problems of the theoretical basis, for three different learning methods corresponding evaluation method, and the practice and research in education, interview survey method for the evaluation results empirically analyzed, the research results are as follows:Evaluation method of learning ability by Record jacket appraisal assessment, performance evaluation assessment of personal ability and cooperation skills of autonomous learning and group cooperative learning bonus points evaluation method for cooperative learning ability is more effective and operability and strong evaluation method for students of the inquiry learning ability, ability of autonomous learning ability, cooperative learning in different degree of development plays a role.
