In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of the theory of human resource management,more and more attention has been paid to the performance appraisal,which arouses the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff.Xiamen Institute of technology is a ordinary undergraduate colleges which set up by new mechanism and new model,and it attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff.In this study,the teachers of Xiamen Institute of technology taken as the research object,this paper analyzes the status quo of College Teachers'performance appraisal and the general situation of Teachers.Then,this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying the 360 degree evaluation method in the performance appraisal of Xiamen Institute of Technology using the method of questionnaire and through the survey data analysis,the main problems in the performance appraisal of Xiamen Institute of Technology.The paper constructs the performance appraisal system of Xiamen Institute of Technology according to the basic principle of the 360 degree evaluation method.Based on the review of the relevant theories of performance appraisal and the systematic review and analysis,this paper analyzes the present situation of the teachers' performance evaluation in Xiamen Institute of Technology from two aspects:the teachers and the college management.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that there are still many problems in the teacher performance appraisal such as teachers' lack of a comprehensive understanding of the role of performance appraisal,the main body of the performance appraisal is not reasonable,the specific content of the performance evaluation is not comprehensive,the implementation of the existing performance appraisal system is lack of systematic training,the performance evaluation index set and its weight distribution is unreasonable,etc.Then,on the basis of the problem,the paper puts forward the goal and principle of teacher performance appraisal system in Xiamen Institute of technology,and defines the main assessment and assessment content.Finally,construct the performance appraisal system of Xiamen Institute of Technology from four dimensions and puts forward the concrete process and evaluation method of performance appraisal system.
