| With social and economic development,a new kind of technology,information technology,has a great influence on the fields of society,including education. With the information superhighway being built, the concept of educational informationization was put forward. It means in every aspect of educating and teaching, people can achieve the goal of modernizing education by means of modern information technology, aiming at developing deeply, using widely information resources and nurturing creative talents. The features of educational informationization are openness, sharing, interaction and cooperation.Educational work always focuses on teaching and teaching management can make sure teching work goes smoothly. So the level of teaching management should be raised, and with the drive motion of informationization,teaching management should be modernized, which is inevitable.Here are four sections:The first section is introduction. In this section introduces the influence of informationization on teaching management, which leads to the proposal of issue. Also it will mention why informationization is studied, how it works and what it contains.The second one is about analysing theory. From the angle of theory, the effect of informationization on teaching management in middle school and elementary school will be talked about. In addition, the main theories , the features and the concept will be illuminated.The third one is on the research of current situation and the analysis of issue. The ways we introduce the current situation of informationization at home and abroad and in Gaochun, nanjing are organum and interviewing method.The fourth section is to direct at existing problems and the analysis of cause, thus raising the specific strategies of constructiing and applying teaching resources.Finally, the summary of the whole research work will be given, the conclusion will be generealized, and the insufficiency of research will be pointed out, thus making greater efforts. |
