This research, from the angle of market occupation of postgraduate-test websites, has made a comprehensive investigation on customer numbers and influential elements as well as provides some different elicitations to other scholars for their further research.Some investigations reveal, the colony in China who plan to attend the post-graduate examination are more willing to promote their professional knowledge through the network; the conditions of learning from website have been greatly improved; the purpose of web-learning is more clear;"appropriate professional service"is the first choice of students'requirement; the satisfactory degree of students to the courseware and consultant services constantly increase.Meanwhile, this research also discovers that web-education has made certain breakthroughs in time, space, area, age, profession and etc. Because the fast development of IT and its influence to the life, work and learning habit of those test attendees, more and more students begin to choose web-education as their first choice of self-learning for life. But there are still many problems in network information transferring such as the information services provide by governments, privates or commercial organizations are simplistic.
