The article is about the research of humanist pattern in university personnel management. The management problem has produced since the human society has existed. The management pattern also develops with the human society's development. It has experienced from the initial experience to the scientific management again to present stage person management. The humanist management idea is the inevitable product of social development and the person own development, it is also the inevitable request of social development. How to realize the humanist management, raises the organization benefit, displays individual potential, attains social and person's full scale development is not only an important theory question, but also the question of universal significance and practice operational. we should follow the humanist in morden society from the concept of social development and level of management.The human beings is the basis of social development and The teacher is the basis of school development. The personnel management of university should take teachers as the basic object of management and development. We should set up the idea of humanist management from the characteristics of teacher. As the Forerunner and prop of society development, it is an important question that how to combine the concept of scientific development with the personnel management of college.There are a lot of researches about the teacher's troop of University in resent years. They had studied the constructions of teacher from different Angles. But the method of study is very common. It lacks universal significance.It is the essential requirements of times that insisting humanist in the university personnel managemen. Teachers are both manager and supervisee in university management. The characterics of teacher's career are the basis of humanist management.There are a lot of questions in the management of university. Such as the lag of Management idea,the stodgy in management,the lacks of the drive and the ossification of management system and more use,less raise,etc.We must do three innovations well in the construction of humanist pattern in university personnel management. That is the innovation of idea in university personnel management, the innovation of system in university personnel management and the improving of manager's quality.We must do four insistence well in the construction of humanist pattern in university personnel management. That is the insistence of teachers, the insistence of teacher's expansibility appraisa, the insistence of teacher's troop construction and the insistence of teacher's sustainable development.We must do five transformations well in the construction of humanist pattern in university personnel management. That is the transformation from personnel management to human resources management, the transformation from status managemen to post management, the transformation from static management to dynamic management, the transformation from egalitarianism to difference assignment,the transformation from experience management toscientific management.
