Universities, as the important position of building harmonious society, is an important part of building harmonious high school culture. So, strengthening University cultural construction has great significance to build the harmonious socialist society. The core of building university culture is to realize culture consciousness, it is the important force to promote harmonious development, healthy development, scientific development and inner development, it can Radiate advanced social culture, cluster teachers and students, create a good school style, study and teach style, cultivate their sentiments, beautify the learning environment in order to develop curriculum resources. So in the process of building university culture, realize culture consciousness has Basic and guiding significance.To realize culture consciousness and build harmonious university culture, we should realize the development of four parts, namely, universities, students, teachers and society. Through the analysis of the value and practise of clture consciousness in the university clture constraction, this thesis tries to find out the ponints those are useful in the construction of university culture, to further promote the building of a harmonious campus with Chinese characteristics, in a word, to fulfill the construction of a harmonious society obligations and responsibilities those universities should do. And also, I hope this thesis could provide some new ideas and methods to promote a fast and good campus clture construction on how to realize clture consciousness, on how to promote university clture construction of China and on how to build a harmonious campus.This thesis has three parts:The first part: the characteristics and conflicts of university clture.
