In the past, the studies of informal system mostly focused on sociology, public management and institutional economics, which discussed how they had a role to play in the social specific operations and how they achieved balance with formal system in adjusting social resources. While placing them into a dynamic environment, observing their gradual changes and roles in social evolution is rare. What society comes down to is a collection of human relations. Moreover, the confirmations and changes of human relationship are affected by communication abilities. It is precisely because of this, the thesis keeps an eye on those dramatic changes of communication caused by the progress of medium tools after the world enters to the era of web 2.0, and attempts to describe the informal systems accompanied with the development of information and communication technologies in this era of web 2.0. In other words, the thesis attempts to describe the changes of those ingredients which compose the informal systems and bring them to certain place of human behavior dominator in the social structure.Admittedly, as the technology development process is full of unexpected inspirations and all kinds of risks and variables, such a trend is questionable. However, based on previous research and the fundamental role of informal systems in today's social structure, the author has an optimistic attitude towards the study and believes its value.
