China's Colleges And Universities Students Explore The Issue Of Management Of The Rule By Law-rization

In recent years, China's higher education has been developed considerably, education and regulations, policy appear unceasingly and perfect, under new situation, the development of higher education, the socialist market economic system established, managing state affairs according to law ,performing official duties according to law have pushed forward. They made the relationship between schools and students to change profoundly, also they made impact on student management system which is under the traditional management concepts and management model. Reforming colleges and universities students management system which should continue to establish a comprehensive college student management system of laws and regulations, persist in the student-oriented rather than the management of power as the center, improve the rights of students relief system and procedures to enhance the legal awareness of managers to achieve Student management of the rule of law.The article take the analysis of the current colleges and universities and students legal relationship as starting point, analyzing the management history of colleges and universities students and current management status of the rule of law students, the main student management problems and the reasons for analysis, and pointed out that colleges and universities students of the necessity for the rule of law. At last, the article discusses the practice measures which is about colleges universities students on the rule of law.
