Research On The Rule Of Law In The Management Of College Students Under The New Situation

With the continuous deepening of the social development of the new normal, China's higher education has been the initial elite education into a model of mass education. Traditional college student management model has gradually can not adapt to the development and change in the new situation; practice, due to the management concept of the rule of law is not strong, the internal rules and regulations are not perfect, not science, in the daily management of no real to students for the problem caused the reality of middle school students and the litigation cases continue to occur. Investigate its reason, the legal consciousness of teachers and students in Colleges and universities is not strong, the whole system of higher education in the legal system is not perfect, the management mode of university students are not allowed to be the main reason for the above problems.
