Studies On The Rule Of Law On The Student Administration In Colleges And Universities

The work of student administration is an important part of the whole management systems in colleges and universities. It is necessary for the CCP to execute the education policy, route and realize colleges and universities' basic mission and education goal. Students' quality is consistent with the level of the administration work in colleges and universities. To realize to rule of law on student administration in colleges and universities, it is first to realize to rule of law in the whole society in the country.Realizing the rule of law on student administration in colleges and universities is concrete phenomenon of rule of law in managing school and country. It is, in the basis of the effectual law and rule in the country, establishing the perfect regulations system in the guideline of the CCP and the country on education. Last, the droit structure and restrict mechanism is established to use correctly the student administration right for colleges and universities. Then, it can make the administration behavior normative and the administration effect effective and realize institutionalization of student administration.In the basis of former research, the dissertation focused on the combining of student administration in colleges and universities and realizing rule of law. After the boundary of realizing rule of law on student administration in colleges and universities was determined, the problems and the causes were analyzed carefully.
