Political socialization is a major component of the personal socialization and an important step for the country to cultivate qualified citizens. Political quality is the guiding system to conduct the direction and nature of other quality, control personnel changes, and even decide quality of the social structures. University students are of the elite groups in the future society, dissociate outside all social stratus, and are potential emerging social forces. Their political socialization state, political qualities and the political capacity will be relating the country in the future the political civilization advancement and the trend of development, and determine the success or failure of socialist democratization process of politics.
