Undergraduate students'development becomes a focus emphasized by parents, university and society, because the number of them is growing annually. In fact, the progress of undergraduate students'development is identical to the progress of individual socialization. Culturing of high-quality talent needs not only teaching in class, but also campus culture. Community organization is an important vector for campus culture. However, most existed researches on community organizations were mere macro-description researches by college assistant administrator, little was performed from sociological view.In this research, function of community organizations on college students'socialization was analyzed according to theory of individual's socialization, employing methods of questionnaire survey and interview in northeast normal university. The results reveal that function of community organizations on individual socialization is positive. Not only culturing of college students'sociability was benefited, but also the need of individual diversity was met by that organization. Meanwhile, community organizations play an important role in advancing of individual's knowledge and technology, ethics, political literacy and consciousness of participants. In addition, individual motivation on selecting college student association, psychological sense of belonging and democracy level of that association are positively correlated to the function of it on the progress of college student's socialization. Some advices are proposed according to results of this research. Community organizations should advertise deeply and ensures comprehensive and truth of advertisement data while they recruit. Community organizations should enhance their attractiveness. So that community organizations could provide platforms for more and more college students, and play more and more notable role in the progress of individual socialization.
