With the rapid development of economy and society in China, more and more female employers devoted themselves into the team of the labor force. As a major component of the workforce, female employers have already play an increasingly important role in the workplace. Its status is irreplaceable, and its contribution is valuable. With the deeply participation of society for females, issues such as work - family conflict, the female roles conflict and the problem of career development for female which even make them into dilemma still confused female career.The study which focuses on career female married, and which depends on gender roles theory, work-family conflict theory as well as career development theory, designs a table concerning on cognizing of career development, and based on this, it does a correlation analysis research on gender roles, work characteristics, family conflicts and career development. SPSS and LISREL are both utilized in whole research process.As predicted, we found that gender roles, work characteristics and work-family conflict all have an impact on the cognizing of career development. Further more, gender roles and work characteristics also impact work-family conflict.Above all, suggestions and evaluation have been raised on the basis of the data and analysis, and the author hopes that all the conduction can have a positive effect on both organizations and employees.
