Under the double influence between the traditional gender concept of "male advocate outside, female advocate inside", and the modern social and family labor division of "men's and women's equality", social expectations of women's dual role is both home and work. While women's participation is increasing in economic life, their payment on home affair is not reduced accordingly. Career women are faced with the dilemma of work-family conflicts. Group intervention strategies proposed in early study lacks accuracy and effectiveness for individuals. This study starts from specific operation of micro-level, adopt the mode of psychological and social treatment to carry out case work service, which solves work-family conflicts. It solves the conflict through social work practice methods, and provides reference of social work practice for the intervention strategies of the work-family conflicts.In this study, service activities begin with casework talks and communication technology. Before service, workers make Psychosocial analysis and scale measurement of Carlson work-family conflicts for case subject, and analysis factors leading to work-family conflicts, which are not only from family and work, but also from psychological and social. In the process of service, workers use the mode of psychosocial treatment, to reduce functional disorders of the "people in the scene" system from case subject, and to help case subject deal with extreme emotional problems, adjust family interaction, build social support power. After service, workers make process evaluation and result evaluation on the service, and mainly evaluates the change of case subject and the performance of the workers.in this study, case work practice solves work-family conflicts from the case subject, and make its' life restore to normal.Based on reality of the above casework, we can draw the conclusion that: Firstly, casework have individual experience for sloving the confilct of professional women acting as domestic work role; Secondly, psychosocial curing model is also applicable to intervene in the conflict of professional women's family job roles; Thirdly, while seeking real support, professional women with domestic work role conflict are also need emotional feedback. Meanwhile, workers carried out the following discussion for the Social Work involving in conflicts of Career Women Group performing domestic work role: First, for professional women with conflicts of undertaking domestic work role, their family relationship is complex; Second, to slove the conflict of professional women as domestic work role,the casework should be executable; Third, the role of family women's carer should be voluntary rather than forced.
