| Guided by the role theory,this paper focuses on the group of primary school female teachers.Taking Xiaolu as an example,the case study method of social work is used to specifically study the problems of family and work conflicts among primary school female teachers and their negative effects.After research,this paper believes that the main reason for the family and work conflicts of primary school female teachers is that they attach too much importance to the role of teachers,Because of the imbalance of family role,we can feel the sense of achievement at work,but we can’t feel the sense of achievement in the family,so we ignore the importance of family role,which affects the healthy development of family relations.The emphasis of teachers’ role makes children feel oppressive and dependent,and family relations are tense.Based on the role theory,this paper helps the case owner to solve the problem of role imbalance by establishing professional relationship,role learning and role balance,improving family relationship,consolidating achievements and tracking the return visit,With the introduction of the two child policy,there will be more demand for teachers in the society,which is in urgent need of social attention.This paper also provides some reference for the research on the role of case work intervention in the future. |
