This paper uses social stratification theory to analyze the relationship between gender roles ?work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts among professionals,and uses personal income,education level and occupation type as the main dimensions to measure social stratification.Firstly,this paper combines literature analysis and puts forward the research hypothesis of social stratification on work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts among professionals.Then,based on the data of China Women's Social Status Survey in Guangdong Province in 2010,it describes the current situation of work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts among professionals.The Cumulative Logit Regression model was used to analyze the work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts of the professionals.Finally,the paper puts forward the explanation framework of the work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts of the professionals.After that,the shortage of the paper and the direction of improvement were proposed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,there are significant gender differences in work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts among professionals.That is,gender has a significant impact on work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts,and men are more likely to face work-family conflicts,while women are more likely to face family-work conflicts.Second,social stratification is an important factor affecting work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts.First of all,in the perspective of income stratification,professionals in the low-income and middleincome groups are more likely to face work-family conflicts than in the high-income group.And the higher the income level,the possibility of work-family conflicts is smaller.Then,from the perspective of education level,the degree of education is significant for work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts.And the higher the level of education,the less likely the work-family conflicts are faced by professionals.The greater the likelihood of family-work conflicts,especially the higher education levels of female professionals face more family-work conflicts.Conversely,highereducated professionals face greater likelihood of family-work conflicts,especially female professionals with higher levels of education face more family-work conflicts.Finally,from the perspective of occupational type,only the work-family conflicts of commercial,service personnel and professional technicians are significantly different.In addition,commercial,service personnel and professional technicians are less likely to face work-family conflicts than production and transportation equipment operators and related personnel.Third,the concept of age and gender also has a major impact on the family-work conflict of professionals.The older professionals are,the less likely they are to face family-work conflicts.The more modern the gender concept of professionals,the more likely they are to face family-work conflicts.
