The reformation of personnel distribution system is the core of the internal management system reformation in the university, and the salary system reformation is one of the key point of it. It is of great significance to study the salary system reformation of university teachers. By doing this, we can deal with the salary relation, overcome average in the salary distribution, improve the activity and creativity of the stuff in the university, strengthen the development and competitive ability of the university. In the dissertation, the author takes related theory of salary system as a basis to analyses the factors which affect the salary system of the university teachers and the problems which exist in the present salary system of the university. By doing these research, the author also makes a profile of foreign countries' salary system of the university teachers (Such as: America, France, Germany) and get some beneficial experience so as to offer the strategy to the salary system reformation of the university in China.The purpose of salary system reformation is to break the existing salary form, which all the teachers get their salary according to the same salary standard. A new form of salary that can motivate all stuff should be established ,which takes position wages as a basis, focus on the ability wages and performance wages. The salary system reformation of the university teachers should pay attention to the principle of justice, motivation and systematize, we should adopt a series of measure of salary system reformation, increase the reformation on allowance, focus on the position wages and the competitive motivation system which people should be more paid with a better job, enhance the proportion of performance salary in the entire salary, establish scientific achievement checking system, combine with the changing price of labor force market to decide the salary level of the university teachers, change the increase of salary just according to the duty, enhance the income proportion of the young teachers and make a clear distinction of position, seniority and performance in the salary system. The reformation of salary system in the university provides a better environment for the teachers to develop and realize the sustainable development both of the university and the teachers.
