The Study On Current Situation Of Athletic Curling In Hei Longjiang Province And Its Developing Strategy

Resorting to various research methods such as literature collection, questionnaire survey, interview, statistics, logical analysis and observation etc., the author of this thesis regards the supervisor leaders, coaches who work in Heilongjiang P.E. schools and traing and athletes as the research objects on the basis of the investigation of current situation of athletic curling in Heilongjiang province. The author analyses the main problems existing in Hei longjiang athletic curling and the causes from the point of view of the ability traning system for athletic P.E. development. Meanwhile the paper is carried out through the systematical analysis and research on development strategy of Heilongjiang athletic curling. The research result shows that at present the level of Heilongjiang athletci curling is the highest in the whole country and it is on the increase throughout the world but the training places are not enough, the number of the curling athletes is less and the sturcture is not reasonable; most members of curling training coaches of different levels are middle-aged young people with intermediate professional title, a strong devoting spirit to work and a strong sense of enterprise but there is a certain distance between teaching theory and practical teaching; the budget of most sporting schools is inadequate and the means of obtaining the budget is simple, at the same time the training facilities are not enough and the mechanism of the reward is not perfect; the management system is rigid, the mechanism of competition management is not perfect enough and the social security system is not sound; the academic level of players is not satisfying mainly due to the neglect of the culture education during the process of training; the academic proficiency of the curling coaches at the all levels is not high, the scientific content of the material chosen is low, the scientific training methods and means are unitary and behind the times; the time of the players' training can not be guaranteed, the chance of attending the nationwide game is slim, so is that of attending the provincial game, meanwhile, the training system is not perfect enough; the mass curling is not gratifying, either. The author of this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: we should make full use of the whole social resources, raise the funds by many means, speed up the construction of rings and training facilities, hold more games, strengthen the circular channels of the talented players; we should attract excellent coaches and promote the comprehensive quality and business level of coaches by making use of the competition mechanism; we should enhance the training reform, and adopt the means of the " physical education in combination with sport"; we should strengthen propaganda so as to promote the expansion and development of athletic curling. The curling management center should change its function gradually in order to improve the management efficiency, and promote the fast development of athletic curling.
