Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Ski Instructors In Heilongjiang Province

The article through to new ski instructor situation of Heilongjiang province in2015-2017 new sports commission and Ya BuLi ski resort,MaoEr mountain ski resort,Harbin Wanda snow amusement park,,attends ShangJing international ski resort,JiHua ski resort and so on six resorts in ski instructor present situation investigation and analysis;Sample surveys of consumer groups.By means of literature,questionnaire survey,survey interview and mathematical statistics,the team of ski instructors in Heilongjiang province was analyzed comprehensively,and the results showed that:1.Among the new ski instructors in Heilongjiang province between 2015 and2017,there are still fewer males and females;The ski instructor team is also gradually developing towards higher education,professional and young.2.The ski instructor quantity can meet the demand of market in Heilongjiang province,but there are still guiding life shorter,technical level is uneven,communication ability and service consciousness is still to be strengthened,the problem of liquidity.3.The salary level of the ski instructors in Heilongjiang province is low,and a large number of excellent ski instructors are going to the province,and there is still no evidence of the phenomenon.4.Heilongjiang province each skiing instructor practitioners complicated sources,the lack of a systematic training and career planning in a ski instructor team,about the ski instructor skills to improve stretches with the policy of system building is still out of blank stage.5.The skiing instructor in Heilongjiang province has a low utilization rate.Consumers do not have an in-depth understanding of the work content and role of ski instructors.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of the ski instructor team in Heilongjiang province,and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for the construction and development of ski instructor team in Heilongjiang province.
