Research And Countermeasures On Current Management Situation Of Basketball Training Of Heilongjiang Amateur Palestra

With the development of China, the economic policy has changed from planning economy to market economy. Due to the changes of social environment and traditional thinking patterns, the former physical training system was broken. Consequently, the selection, training and management of athletes, even fund sources are affected. Beside the former local, municipal Palestras, other forms of training like amateur Palestras, basket clubs came into being, so that juvenile training has moved to a diversified step.Although athletics sports in the competition on the sports field, in fact, the training and storage of athletes in support is the core issue, even more important than the competition. Basketball development in Heilongjiang Province has come up with certain new issues with the problem of amateur training management as a core. Because of this, the research on amateur palestra basketball training is significant for the provincial basketball promotion and development.In this research, research methods like literature review, interview, survey, statistics and reasoning are used to investigate on the leaders, coaches, athletes and their parents of 13 amateur palestras and 4 basketball-based schools. And the results are as follows:1. the current situation of Heilongjiang amateur palestra basketball training management is: Juvenile basketball players in Heilongjiang province have good physical condition and physical quality but lack of basic skill and techniques, especially woman players, the players are active in training but passive in study. The training system of amateur palestras and basketball-based schools is different, since in amateurs palestras boarding players have classes and training together, while in schools, players only receive training together, so that training time in amateur palestras is sufficient while in schools not. The coaches in palestras are at the right ages, low education degrees, low technical posts, lack of sports experience, lack of scientific training experience; coaches of all levels focus only on the achievements usually neglect players'real talent, they are usually not devoted to the job, parents like their children to be trained but lack of confidence in the success of their children. The training field is mainly sufficient for the training, but fund for training is extremely insufficient, the number of trainees is big while the number of successful trainees is small, more than 90% players don't have player security system, the phenomenon of talented players going away is not rare.2.
