Currently, a new science-technology revolution is accelerating Knowledge Economy to rise vigorously throughout the world. Therefore, this thesis based on the foregoing researches, through analyzing our country University function display's present situation and the factor which effects it, comparing the theory and the practice of the developed country University function display, to provide experience for our country University function displaying and make my effort to give suggestions to our country University function displaying.This article is divided four parts.Part 1: Introduction. First the study introduces the research background, and then comments the domestic and foreign research. Based on this, it analyses the goal, significance, content and technique of the research.Part 2: The present situation of University function display. First the paper limits the concept from the point of the University function's connotation and characters. Then it analyses the present situation of University function display from University external environment and internal environment. Meanwhile it examines the developed country University function display's present situation of US, Japan, Britain, and Germany and so on. Thus our country and other national disparity are discovered.Part 3: The factor which restricts our country University function display. This part is the most impotents. First the thesis analyses the factors which effect country University function display through political context, social economy environment and so on external environment. Then it analyses the factors which effect country University function display through University's specialized establishment, the scientific and technical payoffs transformation as well as the management system three aspects.Part 4: The countermeasure suggestion of our country University function display.
