This research is combined with the artistic characteristics and the project of the Rhythmic Gymnastics teaching situation, using the literature material method, mathematical statistics method, and questionnaire investigation method to explore the Rhythmic Gymnastics subjctive classes’ teaching effect factors, and in the light of these factors, to improving the artistic effect of the subjective classes through the students, teachers, and the curriculum, and the teaching environment. The conclusions of this study are as follows:Restricted subjective classes teaching effect in Rhythmic Gymnastics, the main factors are dedived into student factor, teacher factor, environmental factor and curriculum setting factor, among those, The students’factors are consist of the students’learning motivation, the sports’ ability, the students’ cognition of project level, and the students’ability of artistic accomplishments; Teacher factors constitute by the teachers’qualification and title, the teacher’s professional ethics, the teaching abilities of teachers, the teacher’s personal charisma, and the knowledge level of the professional skills of teachers; The ourse arrangement factors composition of the leaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching method, and the class hour; The environmental factors include mass rhythmic gymnastics teaching environment and conditional, student fitness atmosphere of the surrounding environment, and effects of rhythmic gymnastics on the students’future employment.The main features of main factors:1. The students are interested in the Rhythmic Gymnastics class, however they have not enough knowledge about it, As time goes on, the students get familiar with it, and they master some basic skills of it, so they have a great progress.2. The Rhythmic Gymnastics teachers have strong teaching ability, they can use zhe appropriate teaching methods, it is benefit to students’ learning. Howevere they still need innovation constant. They have higher sports skills, the project knowledge level and strong personality charm.3. The Rhythmic Gymnastics teaching goal is reasonable, and most students can complete it smoothly. The teaching content is suitable for the students to learn. The Rhythmic Gymnastics training classse can meet the students’ basic needs basically, but theory classes are not enough to meet the students’ needs.The assessment can Show students’ real level,and it can give students motivation to learn, it is good for the teaching effect.4. The Rhythmic Gymnastics teaching environment is good, the equipment and other base installation can meet the needs, but still need to improve. The students have strong health concept, and there is strong fitness atmosphere. With the social competition becomes drastically,the employers attach great importance to the applicants’physically sound, Outstanding image, and strong communication abilities, so the students must be to improve themselves from all aspects of their own, in order to brings points to the job.
