In recent years, the urban construction of our country is developed has been developing rapidly, followed by the climbing urbanization rate , Citizenization gradually emerges as an important topic along with the incessant advancement of urbanization. Citizenization, mainly includes civilization of internal quality and external qualification, refers to an economic and social process of the transformation of peasants' identity, status, values, working, life style, etc, through which the peasants leave their land and agricultural production activity and enter the non-agricultural industry in the city, in the course of industrialization and urbanization. Currently, a series of questions have already shown up in the citizenization process, which include not only that of rural worker's poor adaptability and the under-protection of their social rights, but also the questions of how to safeguard the rights of territory lost peasants etc. Among them, the issue of reemployment after citizenization is the most imperative one facing the government and the society Quite a few of peasants need to be reemployed after the lost of their land for survival, and their job identity needs to be transformed from "peasants" into "workers". The realistic states indicate that it's very difficult to fulfill the transformation of job identity smoothly on peasants' own strengths, which needs concern and help of government and the society. This text, from the perspective of social capital, combines approaches quantitatively and qualitatively, carried on a comparatively deep analysis to the social capital stock and its operation of reemployment in the citizenization course, attempting to offer a new thinking and method to solve this problem. This text choosed the Yanjiang street as an individual case, carried out deep analysis to the stock and operation of the social capital in the citizenization course, thus, drew the following conclusions: Firstly, the social capital of peasants is scarce. Mainly manifested in that their social network takes blood relationship as the core and the scale is relatively small, network density high but homogeneity strong, and the social capital stock is low in their network. Secondly, though the social capital stock is scarce, peasants still regard it as the first choice in reemployment, and hence proved successful. Thirdly, peasants will carry on certain maintenance to the already existing social capital after reemployment based on the considerationof factors such as " favor ",etc, but has not further expanded the social capital. This text also includes discussion on how to utilize the social capital to solve the reemployment issues in the course of citizenization, it proposed that the government should act the role of "guide " whom leads peasants to make better use of government resources. Peasants should expand their own social capital actively to realize reemployment, while setting up the trust to the government.
