With the development of society,aging is a social problem that our country has to face in the 21st century.On the one hand,with the deepening degree of aging,the pressure of China's endowment insurance will gradually increase,and the endowment insurance can no longer fully meet the living needs of retired workers.On the other hand,after having quite a portion of worker to retire,do not suit the rest life in the home,want to go in the tide that returns society afresh through his effort,more and more retiree worker begins to choose "retire do not retire course of study".Reemployment of retired workers is a phenomenon that gives full play to their residual heat and re-participates in the society.Social capital has a non-negligible impact on the realization of reemployment.Therefore,based on relevant theories of social capital,this paper studies which social capital and how it affects the realization of reemployment of retired workers.In this paper,under the perspective of social capital theory,in case of company Y,for example,using the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,from two aspects of relational capital and institutional capital stock of social capital to the worker what changes have taken place before,during,and after retirement and what effects,different types of social capital on the impact of retired worker again obtain employment,the retired worker is how to run two types of social capital in order to realize the re-employment problems such as making a comprehensive analysis and interpretation.The current system and policies for reemployment after retirement are not mature and perfect,and the assistance for reemployment of retired workers is not ideal.Most retired workers have to rely on their own network to obtain valuable information.Alone in the quantitative study on the relational capital found that geopolitical relational of retired worker again obtain employment is the biggest,the influence of this also reflected the particularity of Y company worker,after implementing reemployment,how to consolidate its position advantage and guarantee their rights and interests against infringement is also very important,for research of the elderly again obtain employment,concern of scholars tend to focus on the number of laid-off and unemployed community,similar research on the re-employment group is not too much.This paper mainly studies the following three issues,namely,the type of social capital owned by retired employees of Y company;Comparison of social capital stock and function of retired employees in Y company;And how social capital influences the reemployment of retired employees in company Y.The first chapter sorts out the basic concepts involved in the research process,and explains the basic issues such as research background,significance,research methods adopted and research objects selected.The second chapter mainly introduces the case enterprise,company Y.Through questionnaires and interviews,the characteristics of the retired re-employed employees in company Y are understood,and the composition of their social capital is analyzed.The third chapter analyzes the social capital stock of retired employees of Y company,and compares the effects of two types of social capital stock on re-employment,so as to lead to the further analysis of relational capital in the next chapter.In chapter 4,the questionnaire data were sorted out,and SPSS24 software was used to analyze whether different types of relational capital had an impact on the reemployment of retired employees in company Y.After putting forward four hypotheses,the results were theoretically explained one by one.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the operation strategies of retired employees of Y company to their social capital in different stages based on the interview content.The sixth chapter gives a comprehensive explanation of the research conclusion and enumerates the shortcomings of the research in this paper.The sixth chapter is the prospect of the future research on the elderly re-employment group of similar retired workers.Finally,through the conclusion of the study,some opinions are put forward,which should attach importance to the development of the reemployment market for retired workers and the perfection of relevant systems,improve the institutional capital stock of retired workers,and provide help for improving the life of retired workers in their old age.
