In recent decades,although international research on teacher occupational stress and stress intervention has become a major area of ??interest in international research,teachers are still under pressure throughout all cultures.Among them,university young teachers are high-risk groups that are subject to occupational stress.For young university teachers in China,they face more arduous pressure: in economics,most of them are at the bottom of the university salary structure;in the position,they have to complete a large number of teaching and research tasks;in development,they are faced with continuing The pressure to further study and improve oneself;in organization,they are subject to various cumbersome,rigid,and unsound administrative rules.These intricate pressure factors combine to form the“graph” of the pressure on the young teachers in college.Stress is an unavoidable aspect of the profession of the teacher.In some cases,it will bring serious or even fatal health risks to young teachers.Under-stressed teachers will not be able to improve the level of scientific research and cultivate a balanced and comprehensivestudent.The country's social and economic system.Therefore,this paper selects young university teachers with high pressure as the research object,and through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,designs a questionnaire that reflects the overall pressure of college young teachers' occupational stress.Based on the analysis of the predicted samples,the preparation is good.The reliability and validity of the occupational stress questionnaire.Then,the young teachers of the Seven University of Songjiang University City in Shanghai were used as research objects.Exploring the pressure structure,status quo and problems of young university teachers,so as to propose policy recommendations to alleviate the occupational pressure of young university teachers.In summary,the research findings and conclusions of the article include: First,the two principles of occupational stress are discovered,that is,the mismatch between the internal and external resources that the individual wants or needs and the resources they actually obtain will generate pressure;individual perception It is stressful to have the resources and capabilities that it has to cope with the requirements of the organizational environment or to meet its own requirements.Second,the overall professional pressure of university young teachers is at a moderately high level,and 36.6% of young university teachers feel that the professional pressure is large.The main sources of occupational stress include life support factors,job security factors,interpersonal relationship factors,role responsibilities and expectations,career development factors,and organizational management factors.These six aspects have a significant positive impact on the overall occupational stress of the individual,indicating that the overall professional pressure of young college teachers will be affected by the superposition of multiple professional pressure sources.Professional titles,disciplines,gender,and whether or not they hold concurrent administrative positions have a significant impact on the professional pressure of young university teachers at different levels.Thirdly,based on the research results,it proposes to build a co-constructed and shared university governance structure,adhere to the principle of performance appraisal to serve teachers,help promote the career development of teachers,establish a fair andreasonable salary system and supportive organizational culture and other policies.With a view to reducing the pressure on teachers to meet the needs of the survival and development of young university teachers.
