Nowadays, it is difficult to be a good teacher in a secondary school, or even in a primary school. On one hand, students have more accesses to information and become bolder. On the other hand, teachers have to accept higher expectations from society, parents and schools, while they are deprived of more and more rights. It is a tremendous challenge for all the teachers of primary and secondary school to manage their class and educate the students effectively.Traditional teachers are always kind to their students at any time. However, many teachers, especially classroom teachers, are at a loss with more trouble students, so new methods of primary and secondary school's management are expected. Based on the author's long-time teaching experiences in the primary and secondary school, he conducted the research on the strategies of applying uncompromising education mode into students' management by consulting documentations, observing cases and having random interviews. Firstly, the thesis analyzed the reasons for the difficulties of students' management. And late it conducted some primary theoretical researches on the core of uncompromising education, including its definition, essence, origin, basis and its meaning for education, while it discussed the necessity of uncompromising education. Next, it concluded three strategies for perfection, reverse expectation and nature punishment, and it gave some relatively detailed analysis of their definitions, features and strategies for application. Also it emphasized some points that teachers should pay attention to during the process of applying them.It is expected to effectively improve teachers' ability of students' management and to shed some enlightenment on the design of activities for moral education and opening up one's mind to all the pioneers of moral education in the primary and secondary schools.
