College Sports Professional Student Management Model

Students who are majoring in Physical Education make up an undeniable part of higher education. They are the main power for promoting civilization and building the harmonious society. Their abilities influence the implement of exercise plan for whole nation directly and the transformation of China from athletic big country to the great power in sports.With the technical and social development, students majoring in Physical Education have changed in value conception and ways of life and thinking. These changes are challenges for management of students. While there is few studies concerning the management of students at lately stage, especially the management model. And the studies we have already had are not systematical.In this light, on basis of analysis about features of students and conditions of nowadays, this thesis tries to explore and build a new management mode of students systematically. It is hoped to use as reference for management mode of college students, especially students majoring in Physical Education.The conclusions are as follows:(1) At present, the political stand of students majoring in P.E is stable. Honesty and psychological Education on them is rather satisfactory. But one to three, their concept is backward. Their value tends to practical. Behaviors are unsatisfactory.(2) The regulations of management on college students are comparatively sound and reasonable. The building on party and league is fairly satisfactory. While study style of students is just so so. Their activity in society practice and scientific creativity is not high.(3) College and department do not pay much attention to the instruction for students obtaining employment, neither of instructors.(4) The former management mode of students' is not available for students in modern society. It is becoming necessary to study, explore and build new modefor college students majoring in Physical Education at lately stage.(5 )The construction of management mode of students that major in Physical Education, with the emphasis on serving them, should promote their all-round individuality, improve their comprehensive abilities and cultivate their creative and practical capacity.( 6 ) According to the features of Physical Education students, the management condition nowadays and the challenge faced with, the open and detailed management mode is a new style which is adaptable to management of college students majoring in Physical Education at new stage.
