Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Art Specialty Students' Education Management In S Middle School Of Xianxian County

With the continuous development and the improvement of the national economy,the social demand for talents is becoming more diverse,the number of art students has increased year by year,more and more people pay attention to cultivating and educating art students from all over the country,art students' education and training work is hot.The management issue of the art students in high school is more and more obvious.The most important problem that we are facing in ordinary high school is how to cultivate the art students more scientificly.Art students in high school are quite different from students in ordinary high school in psychological characteristics,behaviors and the way of thinking.This makes the headteachers and subject teachers in art classes should treat them in new educational ideas and management methods.We should make class management strategies to improve the shortcomings in art students' management which should be based on respecting them fully,focusing the differences and rational analysis.The research focuses on deep thinking and the research of the educational management of art specialty in senior high school students which is a special group.I designed a questionnaire on art students,art teachers,parents and teaching management to understand the present situation of teaching management in middle school in Xianxian S Middle School's art students.Xianxian S Middle School is an ordinary high school established in the town.Because of the geographical position,teaching environment and history,the students and the enrollment rate of S middle school have been in a tight situation for many years.In order to analyze Xianxian S Middle School's problems existing in the management of art talented students and identify the reasons on the basis of comprehensive analysis.According to the characteristics of art students and combining the teaching practice,I put forward some teaching management strategies.To mobilize all kinds of forces around the art specialty to join in the teaching management,to form the resultant force of education,and to establish a training system for the students with fine arts,we had a long way to go.
