The Research On The Farmer's Education In The Process Of The New Socialist Countryside Construction

The fifth plenary session of the sixteenth central committee put forward the important history mission, which is to construct the new socialist countryside. It request that should firmly and steadily push forward the new village construction during"The Eleventh Five-Year Plan"periods according to the standard"Production Development, Live Affluent, Rural Civilization, Clean and Tidy Village and Democratic Management". The 17th National Congress of The CPC Report emphasizes that we should insist on developing a modern agriculture, push forward the new socialist countryside construction. And training the new type farmer which have culture, technique and understand business, develop the subjective function of constructing the new village by the hundreds of millions farmer, constantly walk the road that science education develop agriculture, talented person strong agriculture, is the basic path to develop the modern agriculture, is the basic foothold of prospering rural economy, is also the foundation to support the new village construction. How to develop the farmer's comprehensive quality completely, actively guide and educate the farmer to abide by the law and discipline, raise accomplishment, emphasize science and change custom, then make them become the new type farmer who have new ideal concept, high cultural quality, who is accomplished in technique business, and have strong ability of employment competition, and let the one who stay in the village can handle the advanced and applicable agriculture technique, form the scientific and civilized production and life style, let the one who go out from village have stronger ability of changing job, can adapt city and industrial modern civilization, adapt the request of country industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, convert the huge village population pressure into the strong human resource advantage, provide the intelligence support and talented person guarantee for strengthening our country's industrial competition ability and comprehensive national power, is an important and strategic topic on which we are facing.The key to realize the new village target and to develop the new farmer is farmer education. This article is totally divided into three parts:The first part: To construct the new socialist countryside should highlight the importance of farmer education. This part it first defines the related concepts, analyzes the present situation of peasant quality, and then on this foundation, it researches the necessity of farmer education to the realization of new village target and the subject development of new village construction.The second part: The obstacle factor analysis of the farmer education development in the process of building the new socialist countryside. This part it first step researches the existent restrictive factors to strongly develop the farmer education in the present stage, respectively points out the restrictive factors from the society comprehensive factor, farmer education system itself and government these three aspects.The third part: The exploration on the new path of the farmer education development in the process of building the socialist countryside . In this part, it research the effective way of farmer educational development from the general levels, in the research process, this article tries to divided the farmer this group into three parts, under the premise of subjective delimitation, it combines together the holistic education and the pertinence education in educating contents of these three pasts farmer.
