A Discourse Upon The Reform And Development Of Farmer Education

Committed to solve the "San Nong" questions, the national government, medium organizations and farmers provide the impetus for the comprehensive efforts with the solution. The Farmer Education, which is responsible to cultivate farmers' modern quality, must do its part. Therefore, the era endows Farmer Education with the mission to cultivate the mordern farmers. At the same time, it is the developmental target of Farmer Education. Modern quality, is the key that can make farmers open the modernization door, the premise to let advanced technology and management experience play the effectiveness, the quantity of human liberation . As a result , the core of Farmer-Education development is the modern quality, and the value of the farmers is training modern farmers. Namely, the farmers modernization (the level and state of modern quality) is the process realizes Farmer-Education value.Based on the relationship of education and human modernization reflected in material, spirit and the human liberation,and learning from history(Liang and Yan), and combining with farmers' modern quality data(five dimensions), and hunting for typical case, and considering the existence of recent Farmer-Education problems, the article puts forward the suggestion to improve and develop farmer education.Firstly, establish the direction of Farmer-Education Value—educating modern quality , to promote education scientific development. Secondly, take the "State - Society" type of development path,to open up new development paths. At last, perfect Farmer-Education safeguarding mechanism, and improve Farmer-Education system. In view of this article found on the basis of modernization, so this research will face the same restrictions of modernization.The article comprehensivly adopts these methods of literature, questionnaire and interview . Questionnaire investigation method is the main method, based on the relationship of Farmer Education and modernization (modern quality),in light of the domestic and foreign study in reference to farmers' modern quality survey research methods, combining with the special conditions of China, and measure farmers from five dimensions: product and market awareness of farmers; farmers' risk awareness and pioneering spirit; farmers' concept of time and planning; awareness of the rights of farmers; farmers' educational concept and attitude towards knowledge. Analyze survey data and obtained mixed results. Meanwhile, combining the case, at Lantan Country, Kangmei Town, Nanan County, Fujian Province, do field research, collect some more detailed, enrich the content of the material. Take into account both the general and the special, in order to achieve the dialectical unification.
