The teachers' professional well-being is an integrated part of their work-life, and it is measure to evaluate the quality of their work and life as well. Not only is the sense of well-being an important prerequisite for the teacher but a solid foundation for their successful careers, it is a motive force in their professional development. Attaching much importance to this issue will help to improve the quality of the teachers' life, and benefit the development of education and the progress of the society.The high school teachers'on the first line of the college entrance examination, Facing lots of pressure.The whole current situation on the sense of teachers'professional well-being, generally, is not so optimistic. The writer believes that it is essential and necessary to promote the high school teachers'professional well-being.This paper is consisting of the following third parts.Part one: Introduction, it introduces the background and the summarization of the research, defines the useful conceptions, and then the objective, significance and methods of the research.Part two: The analysis of the actuality of the high school teachers'professional well-being in Urumqi. Firstly, Investigated the situation of high school teachers'Subjective well-being in Urumqi City, and Investigated influence of teachers SWB factors. Secondly, Investigated the situation of high school teachers'Psychology well- being in Urumqi City. Investigated influence of teachers SWB factors.Part three: brings forward some reasonal suggestions .
