Investigation On Teachers’ Professional Happiness In Technician

Technician College is the highest level of mechanic education. This paper to the Guangzhou Municipal technician college teachers occupational well-being of, to understand the current status of Technician College Teachers’ professional survival, help develop teacher training program, the management and care policy in Guangzhou municipal administrative department and Institute of technicians; help in the society more correct view of technical education, pay attention to the living conditions of technician college teachers to form the atmosphere of the social support; in school teachers to self value of re positioning, a more comprehensive understanding of their own professional value, and make their own well-being can be improved. Only in this way can lay a good foundation and the safeguard for the realization of technical education in the big circle of happiness.The study of randomly selected Guangzhou Municipal Institute of technicians 4 520 teachers as the object of investigation of questionnaire survey, using SPSS 11.5 statistical software for data processing. The results showed that teachers occupation happiness in Guangzhou Technician College in the sense of the middle level, of which the vast majority of people are in the middle level, about half of the teachers think that their job is very stressful,feel live very tired, unable to experience the occupation dignity and happiness; happiness education, teachers occupation status and marriage and the courses were not obviously related,but has obvious relevance with gender, age, position, title, age, income and other factors; male teachers are higher than female teachers occupation happiness; administrative personnel are higher than teachers’ occupation occupation happiness; happiness is proportional to income, a U curve relation with age, seniority, title; the main source of teacher occupation happiness is relatively stable, and the leadership of the colleagues, not happy Master Why is the low income students work hard to discipline, trivial pressure.This study proposes technical college teachers’ professional happiness sense ways to promote teachers to establish professional ideal, has the good professional ethics, excellent professional ability and put it into practice actively, and external environment to provide the necessary material safeguard and enhance the social status of teachers, setting up the good campus culture and pay attention to teachers’ professional development and health status.
