The reform and open policy have implemented for 30 years, our country is constructing harmonious society. The harmonious society's needs both to have the individuality and to have person's participation which the social sense of responsibility have the noble citizen morals. The disciplinary education regarding raises student's discipline spirit is very important, but we are only pay attention to the student external behavior restraint the disciplinary education is does not conform to the harmonious society to construct needs. The disciplinary education should under the harmonious idea, proper attention to both respect and the authority, consider person's actual production development as well as person's self-perfection. This article through combs with the disciplinary education related theory, and through to the investigation of Urumqi junior middle school disciplinary education present situation, discovers the junior middle school teachers and students in the disciplinary education idea and the behavior only regard the disciplinary education as maintenance teaching method, but does not pay great attention to the disciplinary education regarding substantive educational of student quality development substantive educational. This is the traditional education thought influence and also the deviation which exists regarding the disciplinary education idea itself. Therefore final this article proposed some mentalities in this real diagnosis's foundation for the disciplinary education idea in elementary education practice's realization with the development.This article mainly divides into five parts. The first part is an introduction, including research origin, core concept limits, literature summary as well as research goal and significance. The second part introduced discipline theory basis, mainly from the philosophy, ethics and the psychology three aspects. The third part survey three aspects of the disciplinary education which is understanding and the manner of the teachers and students with the disciplinary education essence, the disciplinary education implementation situation. The three aspects has promulgated disciplinary education existence fault. The fourth part has carried on ponders in view of the disciplinary education. The fifth part is the conclusion.
