Physical quality as the basis of human life activities and behavior,has been the object of attention of the state and society.“Junior strong Guoqiang.”young people's physique directly affects the overall level of the country's future and our per capita fitness.With the rapid development of the electronic age that day under the things at home,more and more young people do not want to go out or more willing to face the electronic equipment,physical fitness also decreased,physical education has become one of the necessary ways to improve these problems.The middle school stage is an important period of development of youth physical fitness,seize the cultivation of students' physical quality during this period,students can promote the growth and development of more effectively,improve and enhance the physical quality of the students.“The practice”teaching mode of the course for the first time in 1980 s,but due to the boring form and content,has not become the strategy of long-term implementation of middle school students.In order to further explore the lessons of “practice”,class exercises teaching full penetration to the school sports teaching process in this paper.Select the sixty-eighth Middle School of Urumqi city(the former Urumqi Railway Bureau,the first secondary school)grade(1)class,grade(6)class two classes as the experimental object,using the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,in the school physical education to regain the "practice" the teaching mode of class,to explore the influence of this kind of teaching mode on students' physical and psychological,to provide ideas and lay the foundation to enhance the physical fitness of students for physical education results:After 12 weeks of lessons of “practice” sports teaching,the students in the experimental class after the experiment,height,body weight did not change significantly;lessons of practice" teaching can effectively improve students' capacity level,the experimental class boys and girls vital noticeable growth,“class exercises teaching” can effectively improve students' physical function after the experiment the experimental class boys;in addition to sitand reach the small decline,other test indicators were greatly improved,mainly in strength,endurance,explosive force and so on,the boys and girls speed quality after the experiment and the control class is no significant difference;in class exercises to enhance the physical fitness of students and the ability of autonomous learning at the same time,also increased the confidence of students,increase the level of participation of physical education of students,enhance the students love the sports courses,students The self satisfaction,self identity is also improved,compared with the conventional physical education teaching “class exercises” to a certain extent to enhance the target of teaching,“class exercises” is still one of the effective means to solve the student physical quality drops.
