Punishment is a very important educational means to help students correct their non-standard behaviors.Its purpose is to help students develop good behavior habits and moral cultivation,so as to prepare for the society in the future.Therefore,teachers should understand and make good use of punishment.This study mainly takes Durkheim's punishment thought as the theoretical basis,and takes the rural junior high school of city B as the sample object,through questionnaire survey and interview,four rural junior middle schools in B city were investigated,the aim is to find out the problems,analyze the reasons and put forward effective Suggestions through understanding the current situation of the implementation of disciplinary education by the rural junior middle school teachers.This paper mainly studies how teachers can reasonably implement disciplinary education while protecting students' basic rights from infringement,and hopes to improve the effect of disciplinary education in many aspects.The study found that the following problems mainly existed in the implementation of disciplinary education by teachers in rural middle schools in city B: irregular disciplinary education basis of teachers,inflexible disciplinary education method of teachers,and unsatisfactory disciplinary education effect of young teachers.Based on the attribution analysis of the existing problems,the author finds that the main causes include: the lack of laws and regulations related to punishment in the country and the lack of perfect punishment education system in schools;The teacher's educational management ability is insufficient and neglects the student's intrinsic need;Young teachers lack of practical experience and inaccurate grasp of disciplinary education.In view of these reasons,the author puts forward the following Suggestions: firstly,the author calls on the country to establish laws and regulations related to punishment,and at the same time,he hopes that schools can establish a punishment and education system to protect students' legitimate rights and interests as soon as possible,so as to regulate teachers' behavior of punishment and education.The second is to strengthen teachers' learning of professional theories,and actively explore punishment methods to protect students' rights,so as to improve the flexibility of teachers' punishment education methods.Finally,it is hoped that by improving the moral cultivation of young teachers and strengthening the legal education of young teachers on the protection of students' rights,it can help young teachers to grasp the boundary scale of disciplinary education correctly,so as to maximize the role and effect of disciplinary education.
