The problem-student has become a sensitive topic in education system because of their incompatible thoughts and actions as well as their existing problems and obstacles in learning, discipline, and moral character and so on. With the high school enrollment of students' expansion, the quality of Vocational Middle School students becomes lower year by year, the proportion of problem-student is growing.The Survey results shows that problem of students in Vocational Middle School Focus on the un-clear studying purpose, bad learning behavior, negative psychological problems, serious problems of moral distortions and other deviant behavior and more. This status quo for many reasons, such as the weak moral education of students, hostile family environment, poor social environment and so on. In view of this status, we should form a co-management of school-family-community, change the educational philosophy and treat the problem-students in right way, reform the teaching methods, carry out differences in the quality of education, the establishment of the often witty system to change the problem students, innovative education Working methods and improve the moral education management system in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in changing problem-student in s Vocational Middle School.
