Problem students aren’t fully developed and can’t adapt well to the society due to their unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. They more or less have drawbacks in study, self-discipline and moral quality, which have now become sensitive topics. With the number of students enrolled in ordinary high school becoming larger, the ratio of problem students in secondary vocational school also becomes bigger and the quality of students declines. Survey results show that major problems are students’ unclear aim in study, bad behaviors, negative psychological problems and serious moral issues. Some students have bad performance in school and behave improperly, some have serious defect in their personality and character. Many factors contribute to students’problems, such as students’poor knowledge foundation, unsatisfied effect of education on problem students and unhealthy family and social environment. To deal with this situation, secondary vocational schools, families and the society should cooperate and do something. Firstly, these three should regard and judge problem students properly. Secondly, the secondary vocational schools should reform their teaching methods based on students’ difference and carried out qualified education. Thirdly, a daily work and managing system should be established to deal with students’ various problems. Education in moral issues should be stressed and the managing system should be perfectly designed to improve the effect of education on problem students and to promote the healthy and full development of problem students.
