| The 21th century is a century of sciential economy. The educational competition represents the national power competition among the nations. Among those factors impacting the educational competition, the management for teachers is a factor not to be ignored. With the development of economy, the middle vocational education has made great progress in china. So at the present time, how to enhance the management for teachers according to the theory of managing psychology becomes the major subject many middle vocational schools are researching. The aim of this thesis is providing some strategies according to the researches of the present needs of the teachers in the middle vocational schools in Jing'an District of Shanghai.The research mainly emloys the questionnaire method with the help of interviews. The questionnaire is revised according to the Needs Qestionnaire of StePhen. P. Robbins who is a managerial expert and it includes 10 questions, 50 items for each question according to needs theories. The samplings come from 248 teachers in 3 middle vocational schools in Jing'an District of Shanghai .And the data collecting has been fminshed just one time.According to the analysis of the data, the researches find following results:1)Of all the present needs of the teachers in the middle vocational schools in Jing'an District of Shanghai, the achievements needs are the strongest. They like the challenges and the sense of success in the work, hoping that the leaders and the colleagues accept their work.2) Of all the present needs of the teachers in the middle vocational schools in. Jing'an District of Shanghai, association needs are also very important. They long for good interpersonal relationships and praises from their leaders and colleagues. At the same time, their pursuit of high spiritual needs doesn' t affect their evident longing for materialconditions to improve their personal existing quality. Material needs still take an important place in the teachers' need structure. On the contrary, teachers in the middle vocational schools make light of power and react indifferently to the factors like power and control over others. The survey... |
